Cancellation Policy:
For daily reservations, you must call 72 hours in advance of your check in date. For weekly or group reservations, you must call three weeks in advance. There is a mandatory cancellation fee of $25.00 on all reservations. If you cancel within the 72 hours or the 3 weeks, whichever time period applies to your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable.
All rates are "starting at" prices and based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. PRICES LISTED HERE DO NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL EVENTS, HOLIDAYS OR GRADUATION WEEKS. Extra persons add $10.00 per night. Children 12 and under a free. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks or money orders accepted for advance deposits. Checks or money orders accepted for DEPOSITS only. Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted upon arrival. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUTS. 3 night minimum during certain periods.
